Tariffs
The rates given are for the house to
rent as a whole, but there is also an option during off-peak weeks
(i.e those weeks outside of the school holidays) of just renting
the first floor as a three bedroom flat, with kitchen, sitting
room and bathroom on the same floor and separate entrance. This
is available at a rate of £300 per week.
